Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Any refund due will be made back to your original method of payment.

Items delayed, lost or damaged in transit will be pursued as per Royal Mail's policy guidelines. A refund will be issued as soon as possible, but could take several weeks while the claim is processed.

If the fault lies with me and a replacement is available, I will get that sent out to you as soon as possible. If it is a one off item and can be repaired, I will cover the cost for you to return it to me whereby I will fix it and get it sent back to you as soon as I can. If the fault lies with me and a replacement cannot be found, nor can the item be repaired, a full refund will be issued straight away.

If you have simply changed your mind you must inform me within 14 days of receipt. The item must be as it was when received- unworn and in resaleable condition and the package must be marked as returned goods and shipped back to me at your cost. Once the item has been received and checked, a refund including basic shipping cost will be given back to the original payment method. This rule does not apply to custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery such as earrings.

***IMPORTANT*** Proof of postage must be obtained by you for all returns

The item you are returning must be in my possession in order to issue any refund due.

Any customs charges incurred on returned goods will be deducted from any refund due.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
