SHIPPING INFORMATION :

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment except on published holidays as per my shopfront banner announcement, Sundays or UK public holidays whereby I will dispatch on the next available working day or the  published dispatch date on my shopfront banner announcement.

I will send your item to the address you provide when you order, so it is your responsibility to please ensure the address you are giving me is correct and all form fields are completed (including your post/zip code and house/flat/apartment number). Sometimes your contact telephone may be needed by the courier, it will only be used for this purpose .

An email will be sent to you confirming dispatch of your order.

I use standard Royal Mail services based on size, value and weight of the package unless stated otherwise. These include insurance but not tracking as standard.

to check exact shipping charges, simply add items required  to your cart and fill in your address details, you will not be charged until you have confirmed the order after entering your payment information . 

Approximate EARLIEST estimated delivery time via Royal Mail is 2-3 business days for the UK and 3-7 business days for overseas when services are running well.  Please note: this is a delivery aim and is NOT guaranteed. During busier times of the year particularly during November-December Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays, expect long delays worldwide. Please place your orders early to avoid disappointment if they are time sensitive. 
PRECIOUS METALS :
Must be sent by Special Delivery in order to be insured against loss or damage. This is a fully trackable service.
DELAYS, LOSS, DAMAGE AND OTHER ISSUES :
Items delayed, lost or damaged in transit will be pursued as per Royal Mail's policy guidelines. In the instance of damage, please keep all packaging as photos will be needed in order to make a claim from the carrier.

Any delayed or lost post caused by outside influences such as bad weather conditions and natural disaster will be pursued as per Royal Mail policy guidelines
If any item goes missing from your address or mailbox , please contact your local Post Office or Police Station for assistance.
If a delivery is refused or not collected from your local depot and is returned to me, any charges or unrecoverable fees incurred will be met by you, and will be deducted from any refund that may be due to you.
In the event that you have provided me with an incorrect address and the item is returned back to me, I reserve the right to refund minus the outgoing shipping charges as they have already been paid to the carrier.
Any refund that may be due to you can only be issued once the item is back in my possession.
