CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
Returns: Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within: 28 days of delivery.
Exchanges are not accepted.
 The following items can't be returned 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase so please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems at all so that I can work with you to find a solution.

If the fault lies with me and a replacement is available, I will get that sent out to you as soon as possible. If it is a one off item and can be repaired, I will cover the cost for you to return it to me whereby I will fix it and get it sent back to you as soon as I can. If the fault lies with me and a replacement cannot be found, nor can the item be repaired, a full refund will be issued straight away.

As per European distance selling regulations, If you have simply changed your mind you must let me know that you would like to return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please use the contact form provided. The item must be in it's original condition unused/worn and the package must be marked as returned goods and shipped back to me at your cost, Once the item has been received and checked by me and found to be in good order, a refund including basic original shipping cost will be given back to the original payment method. This rule does not apply to custom-made & personalised products or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons.

***IMPORTANT*** Proof of postage must be obtained by you for all returned goods.

The item you are returning must be in my possession before any refund due can be made.

Any customs charges incurred on returned goods will be deducted from any refund due.

Any refund due will be made back to your original method of payment.

Items delayed, lost or damaged in transit will be pursued as per Royal Mail's policy guidelines. A refund will be issued as soon as possible.

INFORMATION I COLLECT

In order for me to fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Information about my customers is crucial to my business. I share your personal information only for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

INFORMATION RETENTION

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally will not keep your data for any longer than 6 years as per UK Tax Law requirements.

YOUR RIGHTS

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
